ASO is services provided by ASO Management to effectively support businesses in providing benefit program for their employees. By assigning ASO
management to manage their employee’s benefits, each company can focus on expanding their business.
GROUP PERSONAL ACCIDENT
Group Personal Accident is a policy that provides 24 hours protection against accidental injury resulting from works and other activities carried out outside the working place.
Several types of group personal accident plans include:
• Accidental Death of the insured – 100% of the total accidental sum coverage
• Permanent Disablement – 100% of the total accidental sum coverage
• Permanent Partial Disablement
GROUP TERMLIFE
This coverage will provide a 24 hour benefit to the beneficiaries if the covered individual dies. The named beneficiary will receive the proceeds when the insurer passes away due to illnesses, accident, war, criminal acts, riots, old age and so on.
SEVERANCE FUND
This new program is now offered by insurances with respect to government regulation on severance payment fund allocated for employees based on Indonesian Law No. 13 in 2003.
FINANCIAL INSTITUTION FOR RETIREMENT PLAN ( DPLK )
The agency offers beneficial retirement plan programs to
companies and its employees.
1. DPLK is an institution that manages retirement plan programs for companies or employers as well as its employees.
2. The DPLK Retirement Plan is offered to employees in groups or as individuals.
3. The DPLK Retirement Plan Program provides employees with benefit payments for the rest of their lives serves.
4. The DPLK retirement plan will provide guarantee of financial support to ensure employee’s welfare when they reach their retirement age.
5. Provide the DPLK retirement plan is an effective way to boost employee’s motivation and l loyalty of that can result in higher productivity.
6. Based on Decree of Minister of Labor No. 150/2000, the DPLK retirement plan can replace the severance pay.
