PT. Sedana Pasifik Servistama was established in Jakarta based on Notary Act of H.Mulyanto Notodihardjo,SH No.1 dated 2 May 2001 and stipulated in the Decree of Minister of Law and Human Rights No. C-07466HT.01.01 Year 2001 dated 5 September 2001

In 2002, Sedana Pasifik Servistama obtained its operational license as Insurance Brokers as stipulated in the Decree of Finance Minister Number Kep-086/KM.3/2002
